First Impressions of China.
Below were my first impressions of China when I arrived 18 months ago. Some still ring true. But, I want to get posting so I'll just leave it as is for now. The pictures are from this past spring. But, they could have been from then. It is a beautiful place. Part 1 : Buissness class is a gift from the heavens that I will never take from granted. Part 2 : Jet lag (and a hotel room that smells like Vegas in 1970's) is the revers. Part 3 : Got our cell phones and bank accounts. Our lives changed and we live off apps like they the ancient people use to use the stars. (As in, there is no navigating nothin' with out um.') Part 4 : We moved in and got air purifiers. They are, sadly, very necessary. However, no one has been sick. (Plus, the air monitor is a super fun science experiment...or maybe I'm just tired?) Part 5 : School. Amazing- kind, helpful and welcoming. There is one minor detail: 6AM. AHHHHHH. (Did I mention I'm tired). Part 6: I go...
